There is plenty of storage with drawers and cabinets in this small bath for personal toiletries. The main bath upstairs is shared by both bedrooms. The master suite has private access into this bath from the bedroom. The guest room has easy access from the hallway. You first enter the vantity area with a single sink, large mirror and bright lights for getting ready. The commode and tub/shower are in a separate space with a door for privacy. More than one person can easily use this bath at the same time. This bathroom is fully stocked with a dozen white fluffy towels, beach towels for the pool, hairdryer and basic toiletries for your convenience. We have also added towel racks to each of the bedrooms so you can easily hang your towels to dry without getting them mixed up with other guests.

The bedrooms have new carpet, paint, furnishings and linens. EVERYTHING is brand new. The luxurious master suite has a California King sized bed with 600 thread count combed cotton sheets, down comforter, firm & feather pillows. The master also has cable TV, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet and private access to the bathroom. The guest bedroom is a flexible space with a trundle bed that can become two full height twin beds or even combined to make a king sized bed as well. Both bedrooms share a full bath with a private shower and commode separate from the vanity and dressing area.

Notes: There is a pool on site for your enjoyment. The pool is gated and locked for safety and to be used only by the homeowners and their guests. As you arrive there are extra home keys and a pool key located on a magnetic board in the entry. There are beach towels for your use in the upstairs bathroom linen cabinet. Our pool has half dozen or so lounge chairs as well as a dining table that seats four. There are plastic plates, glasses and margarita glasses in the condo that can be used by the pool. For those of you how what to get out and explore, there is a covered Capitol Metro Bus Stop and University of Texas Shuttle Stop just in front of the condo. A car is helpful during your stay but not neccessary if you choose to use our public transportation. We can assist you with transportation schedules to specific locations if interested. There are also several neccessities/ amenities in walking distance (1 mile or less): grocery, restaurants, parks, pools, lake and hike and bike trails.
